My Morning Routine

My usual workday routine starts at 5:30am. After I get out of my bed, I then get dressed in my gym gear, grab my work clothes for the day and head downstairs.I grab my breakfast and lunch from the fridge and keep moving downstairs.

Here I grab my gym bag, work bag and laptop. Armed with what I need for my day. I head off to exercise (5:50am)Next stop is either the pool (6am) or F45 (6:15am). Which wraps up around 7am.

Following this, I swing by my local cafe for a cup of coffee and make the drive to work.

The drive usually takes me around 30 minutes which is a great time to catch up on podcasts or audiobooks. I'll share my podcast playlist and some books I'm currently reading or listening to in notes below.

I arrive at work around 7:30am. If I did F45 that morning, I take a shower and get changed at work... Otherwise if I went for a swim I take a shower before leaving the pool.

You may have noticed a lot of these steps involve quickly grabbing items - Most of this is set up the night prior as part of my evening routine... I'll be sharing more about this and the steps I go through to set myself up for success the following day in an upcoming blog post and video.
